Polish Cuisine On Wheels is a food truck that serves authentic and fresh Polish food in Black Diamond King County. Lunch on a special occasion is usually composed of three courses, starting with a soup, such as barszcz (beet soup) or zupa ogórkowa – (pickle soup, cucumber soup). The lunch menu may include a sandwich like kielbasa pocket with sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers and slices of grilled kielbasa. Polish hot dog is another menu item served with real smoked Polish sausage.
